IRS Payment Plan
It would be just wonderful for the majority of late taxpayers to just write a check to the government, thus making the tax bill go away. Unfortunately, the reality differs. Since some taxpayers might not liable to a bankruptcy relief or an offer in compromise, we often suggest IRS payment plans for negotiating long-term payment agreements with IRS and other federal and state tax agencies.
Sometimes the tax agencies come up with unreasonable repayment demands, thus putting the taxpayer into situation when he is unable to comply with his monthly obligations. So, it's our primarily objective to avoid such demands, when negotiating for a long-term IRS installment agreements.
